Povzetek

Upravljanje raznolikosti delovne sile postaja vse pomembnejši sestavni del upravljanja večnacionalnih korporacij, saj ima izjemne prednosti za inkluzivno okolje na delovnem mestu, ki vodi k izboljšanim rezultatom dela. Prispevek ponuja konceptualno ozadje pomena in posledic upravljanja raznolikosti in inkluzivnosti, ki mu sledi predlagani model raziskovanja z osebno udeležbo. V članku avtorji razpravljajo o pristopu, usmerjenem v zaznavanje zaposlenih, ki naj bi najbolje zajel učinkovitost upravljanja in vključevanja raznolikosti. Priporočila dopolnjujejo konceptualni okvir in kritično analizo.
