An Interview Study of Consequences of Early-Career Unemployment in Bulgaria

Članek obravnava posledice podaljšane brezposelnosti na začetku kariere v Bolgariji začele s subjektivnega vidika brezposlenih. Analiza temelji na informacijah, pridobljenih z poglobljenimi intervjuji z ljudmi iz treh starostnih skupin, ki so vstopili na trg dela v obdobjih z visoko stopnjo brezposelnosti. Negativne posledice, ki so jih izpostavili anketirani, vključujejo gmotno pomanjkanje, omejen dostop do zdravstvenih storitev, nizko samozavest, prekinitev socialnih stikov, odložitev ustvarjanja družine in življenja v lastnem domu, izguba upanja za boljšo prihodnost. Poleg negativnih posledic je bilo ugotovljenih tudi nekaj pozitivnih, kot so krepitev družinskih vezi, povečana motivacija ljudi za reševanje nastalih težav in prizadevanje za osebni razvoj.
