Udeležba odraslih v izobraževanju v digitalni dobi: profili držav Evropske unije po skupinah, oblikovanih po metodi razvrščanja

V tem prispevku smo raziskali ali in v kolikšnem obsegu digitalizacija in raziskovalna intenzivnost v državi (na primer v Sloveniji, Hrvaški) vplivata na vključenost odraslih v izobraževanje. Statistična analiza za 28 držav EU za leto 2018, ki smo jo izpeljali s kombinacijo več različnih statističnih metod, je pokazala močne pozitivne povezave med vključenostjo odraslih v izobraževanje in izbranimi spremenljivkami (človeški kapital; uporaba internetnih storitev; integriranost digitalne tehnologije; delež raziskovalnih izdatkov v bruto domačem proizvodu). Z metodo razvrščanja in grafično analizo profilov smo odkrili tri zelo različne skupine držav glede na raven digitalizacije, s katero se zelo dobro ujema raven vključenosti odraslih v izobraževanje. Visoko vključenost odraslih v izobraževanje v bolj digitaliziranih državah lahko v glavnem pripišemo povečanim izobraževalnim potrebam in tudi novim, inovativnim ,tehnološko podprtim oblikam izobraževanja v teh državah.
