Revitalizacija kulturne dediščine in zgodovinskih objektov: od krhkosti do trajnostnega upravljanja v turizmu

Namen članka – prispevek raziskuje revitalizacijo zgodovinskih stavb skozi prizmo finančne vzdržnosti, vključenosti skupnosti in regionalnega razvoja ter zagovarja stališče, da mora obnova dediščine presegati zgolj tehnično restavriranje.
Raziskovalna metodologija – študija združuje obsežen pregled domače in mednarodne literature s kvalitativno analizo izbranih dobrih praks. Poseben poudarek namenja modelom financiranja, vključevanju turizma, javno-zasebnim partnerstvom, vlogi lokalnih skupnosti ter prispevku digitalnih tehnologij.
Ugotovitve – raziskava izpostavlja, da je uspeh projektov revitalizacije odvisen predvsem od raznovrstnih virov financiranja, strateškega razvoja vsebin in oblikovanja trajnostnih poslovnih modelov, ki povezujejo javne in zasebne interese. Aktivno sodelovanje skupnosti ter uporaba digitalnih orodij – na primer obogatene in virtualne resničnosti – dodatno povečujeta privlačnost in dolgoročno funkcionalnost obnovljenih dediščinskih lokacij.
Praktične implikacije – ugotovitve se odražajo v konkretnih priporočilih za oblikovalce politik, upravljavce dediščine in druge deležnike. Med ključnimi predlogi so jasnejši pravni okvirji za javno-zasebna partnerstva, ciljno usmerjeni finančni instrumenti, spodbujanje digitalnih orodij za interpretacijo in trženje ter strategije za preoblikovanje zapuščenih spomenikov v živahna kulturna in družbena stičišča.
Izvirnost/vrednost – z združevanjem mednarodnih dobrih praks in vpogledov iz slovenskega okolja prispevek ponuja celovit, trajnostno naravnan model revitalizacije. Kulturno dediščino obravnava ne le kot zbirko spomina, temveč kot aktivni dejavnik lokalne identitete, družbene kohezije in regionalnega razvoja.
