Odprte inovacije v odnosih z dobavno verigo: analiza kreativnega sektorja

Članek se osredotoča na razvoj inovativnih odnosov s ponudbo, ki omogočajo uporabo inovacij odprtosti. Hkrati morajo podjetja, ki želijo uvesti te inovacije, preoblikovati svoje proizvodne procese. Raziskava temelji na poglobljeni študiji 10 poslovnih primerov srednje velikih podjetij, ki spadajo v oblačilni podsektor, tj. pletenine.
Ugotovitve imajo pomembne menedžerske posledice, saj inovativni procesi dobavne verige, pri katerih vodilno vlogo prevzamejo podjetja, ki delujejo v tako imenovanih tradicionalnih proizvodnih sektorjih, ustvarjajo večjo prilagodljivost celotne dobavne verige.
